Have you ever been to the office of Lagos
State Signage and Advertising Agency (LASAA) just opposite the secretariat? When
you step into this premise, you will find it difficult to believe that it is a
government agency because the decor is different from what is obtainable in other
government offices; corporate and friendly.
To compliment this aesthetic environment,
the staffs are always smartly dressed with exotic cars. Someone even said that,
I don’t know how truthful this is, LASAA makes more money than even some
ministries.
