morning for civil servants
Have you ever been to the secretariat
when the civil servants are just resuming? If not, I will let you in on what
transpires that early in the morning. There is the usual greetings and throwing
of banters usually at the corridors. Don’t be surprised if you somebody on the
first or second floor talking at the top of his voice to a friend on the road.
Next, they eat the food they
would have ordered from either Equal Right or Pilgrims corner. Then, you can
now relax with the film that would be shown on LTV 8 while poring over one or two
files.
