Great Nation @ Nokia Asha global unveiling
The unofficial Naija anthem,
'Great Nation' was beautifully and soulfully rendered by the main man
himself, Timi Dakolo recently. The select audience at the global
unveiling and one year anniversary of Nokia Asha, held at the Times
Square Event centre, were spell bound and glued to their seats listening
to the thought provoking song from off Timi's 'Beautiful Noise' album.

TIMI DAKOLO’S GREAT
NATION VIDEO DROPS!
“IT’S A WATERSHED MOMENT”, HE
SAYS!
The eagerly
anticipated video to Timi Dakolo’s awe-inspiring classic, Great Nation is
out – officially and exclusively on- www.youtube.com/timidakolo
The song widely considered as one of the most inspiring
African- produced pieces of all time has repeatedly left audiences spell bound
after every performance.
From the closing
ceremony of the 2011 National Sports festival in Port Harcourt through the
Future Awards (where the video was premiered) to the Headies and countless other
events, Timi’s powerful rendition easily penetrates the hearts and inspires the
minds of Nigerians of all generations, backgrounds and creed.
Great
Nation inspires a sense of patriotism
in uncommon proportions and offers something to believe in, a great reason to be
proud of one’s “Nigerianess” and a belief that indeed, greatness is within our
grasp.
