Armed with a
bachelor degree in Business Admin from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State,
Olufemi John Dodo is poised to leave his footprints in the sand of time in the
Nigeria music industry.
Pretty Soul, as he is fondly called, grew up in Orile where he picked an interest in singing not knowing that he already had the talent.
He nutured it and had his first major outing in 1997 at the Miss Unilag held on the campus then.
The easy-going artiste said the name, Pretty Soul, is to show what he has inside of him thus he dislikes insincerity.
Pretty Soul's vision in the industry is to do music with disciplined words.
“I believe in
doing music and passing my message across with disciplined words. Disciplined
in the sense that I don’t want to use lewd language so that it will appeal to
