Bboying battle of the year is here again!

On the 8th of September, 2013, Lagos would be treated to the most innovative and creative break dance competition in the country, at the fifth edition of the Battle of the Year Nigeria competition, which is a preliminary to the annual International Battle of the Year (BOTY) competition to be held in October in Germany.
The House of Royalty managed event scheduled to hold at the indoor sports complex of the University of Lagos will indeed be a tough contest as twelve amazing b-boy crews are already confirmed to battle for the spot of the best crew to represent the country.
Nigerian rapper and ex B-boy, Bright Erighono a.k.a B-Elect, Cameroonian champion, Curtis Baiyee Betek a.k.a Bboy Rock Fury and Bboy Champion from France will be the judges at the event which will be hosted by Andre Blaze.
Foremost DJs, DJ OZ and DJ Funky Jay will keep the atmosphere charged by providing electrifying instrumentals for the B-boys to battle. There will also be special guest appearances by Cool DJ Jimmy Jatt, Mr. Raw, Mode 9, Phyno, Splash, Illbliss, Deejay Sose, B-Elect, Deejay Snoop tha Damaja, Suspekt, Mtrill and many more.
As usual, BOTY Nigeria will retain its tradition of creating an environment for friendship, international exchange of culture and an opportunity for all participants to express themselves in a peaceful and non-racist environment.

Tony "Don T" Anifite Branches Out of Now Muzik.

Anthony Anifite, one of the partners at Now Muzik has branched out of Nigeria's foremost entertainment solutions outfit. Don T, as Tony Anifite is fondly called, however remains a director in the company. 
According to Efe Omorogbe, the MD/CEO of Now Muzik, "We will really miss having Don T in the mix on a day-to-day basis grinding out solutions to a wide variety of challenges but he is certain the time is right to move on and seek a fresh challenge". He still retains his stake in Now Muzik Entertainment Services Limited, NM En.Core and Buckwyld Media Network."
Even as he wishes Don T the best in his new endeavours, Efe said of him "we remain friends as our relationship transcends Now Muzik and showbiz".
